Mountain Sage Community School
Gifts of time and talent are just as important as financial support at Mountain Sage Community School. Each year, thousands of volunteer hours are logged at Mountain Sage, without which this school would not be the extraordinary place that it is. Many volunteers report having experienced deep opportunities for growth, as well as an increased sense of community through their involvement with Mountain Sage.
Volunteer in the classroom, help out on the fundraising or the School Accountability Committee, help on field trips, help with school events, class plays, and the planning of festivals, and more. Opportunities are abundant and often allow volunteers to (or learn how to) express themselves creatively.
We ask that each family volunteers a total of 25 hours per year. Parent power is part of what makes our school amazing!
