The place to sign up to volunteer for spots during all our pledge drives! Pledge Operators answer phones and record pledges of support from donors as part of OPT and KSMU fundraising drives. Qualifications include excellent customer services skills and friendly disposition; strong command of the English language; ability to speak loudly and clearly over the telephone; and capacity to hear callers over the phone with ease.
