PFSC Events 2015

Thank you for being a part of our wonderful skating community!  PFSC will be hosting three major competitions this fall: Pasadena Open, Skate SWP, and 2016 Southwest Pacific Regionals. Each event is expected to attract numerous talented skaters and we need to show our rink at its best!

This year, we are kindly requesting that all Club members – coaches, parents, skaters, and friends of PFSC – sign up to volunteer at least five (5) hours for each competition.  If you cannot volunteer your time, please donate supplies or consider a charitable donation. All donations will be used towards purchasing food, supplies, and necessary materials for all three competitions. Checks should be made payable to “PFSC” and be sent to Pasadena Figure Skating Club, P.O. Box 132, Pasadena, CA 91102. A receipt for tax purposes may be provided upon request for donations of $250 or more. Volunteer hours for community service credit is available for students or trainees who request it..

Volunteers are encouraged to sign up for all areas of interest to them. No previous experience is required to volunteer! We will hold volunteer trainings at the Pasadena Ice Skating Center Party Room on the following dates: Saturday, August 15th (1:00 p.m.-2:00 p.m.); Sunday, August 16th (10:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.); Saturday, August 22nd (1:00-2:00 p.m.); and Sunday, August 23rd (10:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.).
